GLORIA PLOTS TO REVEAL LEWIS’ TRUE COLOURS. With Audrey now onboard Gloria propositions Lewis and asks him to move to Spain with her, promising she’ll leave him everything in her will in return. Stunned will Lewis fall into Gloria’s trap? And how will Stella and Eva react when Lewis breaks the news to them that Gloria is dying and needs their support. Is Gail’s plan to expose Lewis as a conman about to backfire?
WENDY MISREADS A SITUATION. Deirdre isn’t speaking to Ken after he spent the night at Wendy’s. Ken snaps telling Deirdre to meet him in the pub at lunchtime where he’ll prove his innocence. When Deirdre gets there she finds Ken with Wendy. He asks her to confirm to Deirdre that nothing happened the previous night. Wendy does but Deirdre remains unconvinced and suggests that Wendy resigns from the Board of Governors in order to keep clear of Ken. Wendy refuses and Ken drives her home. But when she invites him in for a cup of tea Ken gets more than he bargained for!
SOPHIE FACES UP TO A BLEAK FUTURE. Sophie’s physiotherapist is Lloyd’s new found daughter Jenna. She gives it straight to Sophie that the process they are about to begin will be long and tough. When Sophie is distressed by this Sally takes Jenna to task. She soon realises Jenna can give back as good as she gets.
Elsewhere Tina agrees that she and Tommy will meet Izzy and Gary for a drink to discuss her possible pregnancy and Kirsty seethes when Tyrone gets her into trouble at work by making her late.

GLORIA’S PLAN SPECTACULARLY BACKFIRES. Lewis has worked out that Audrey has been in on Gail and Gloria’s scheme. He’s gutted that she couldn’t trust him and slams out. Audrey’s inconsolable as Nick heads off to find Lewis. In the Rovers Stella and Eva are venting their disgust at Gloria’s deceit. Lewis arrives and resigns saying he’s leaving town. Nick tries to smooth things over offering him his old job back and begging him to try and talk things through with Audrey before doing anything rash. Lewis is thoughtful and but goes to see Audrey at home. She urges him to forgive her but Lewis worries that it’s not about forgiveness but trust. Is this the end of an unlikely love story?
THE FUTURE LOOKS GRIM AT THE BARLOWS. Wendy is mortified when Ken spurns her advances claiming she misread the signals. But Ken’s furious and telling Wendy she nearly cost him his marriage once and she’s not doing it again he storms out leaving Wendy humiliated. Back at home Deirdre’s affronted when Wendy rocks up at No1. Her disgruntlement turns to rage however when Wendy tells her that Ken has been making inappropriate advances towards her. Deirdre throws Wendy out and spits tacks as she waits for an unsuspecting Ken to return home.
JENNA SURPRISES THE WEBSTERS. After Sophie’s first physio session with Jenna, Kevin’s impressed. She quells Sophie’s anger and frustration and it’s clear that the pair are going to be a great team. But how will Jenna react when Kevin talks about Lloyd’s new girlfriend, Mandy!
Elsewhere Kirsty snaps at Tyrone blaming him for making her late for work. As Tyrone tiptoes around Kirsty will she keep her rage under control?

I hope Kirsty is gone come Christmas.
What a sad state of affairs poor Tyrone can't seem to do anything right for KIrsty. Why didn't she get herself to work on time? had to blame someone and it's poor Tyrone. Think it's time that Tyrone grew a spine and get Kirsty seen to medically with Dr Carter or someone else. They should have discussion on her uncontrollable anger issues. Tyrone should recall his childhood with a nasty mother and break the cycle for Ruby before she sees that is is the norm.
Come on is suave Lewis really going to run off with rough old Gloria in her nylon wig? A rather weak plot concocted so that Nigel Havers can go off for panto season.
Read it right.. he didn't!
