Just as I was considering quitting Corrie Nation, I've been pulled back in. Today Corrie Nation rolled out a brand new update with several new features, making it much easier to get Corrie Gold (I just got 10,000 from just one day)
Rent - You now recieve rent for your Corrie houses, this can range from 100cg to 3300cg depending on which house you are collecting rent from
Interiors - Though at the moment the interiors have no use it's a step forward in the game, and will hopefully lead to more features.
Corrie Collectables - Collect items that relate to certain characters and you can unlock special edition versions of them - such as Queen Ena Sharples or Rollerskating Rosie!
New Character questions - Several characters now have new questions, and new characters will be launching on Friday!

All this launched after I finally saved up for my final building - lol took me over a week to get the 50,000 points, then I they make the change and I get almost 10K in one round. Now I am buying up all the characters....
Haha yeah, I only have the one building left to get, hopefully they will start adding Wider Weatherfield soon
The rent would have helped in getting that last building. Is it a new feature today or did I just start collecting because I had all the buildings?
It's a totally new feature lol, they said it'd arrive on 24th Jan at first, but it was delayed until today :)
Thanks! I also love that the tram is running again... :D
Same, hopefully it will in the show sometime soon too
Shame that it's only available through Facebook :(
They did say before launch that it would be coming to other online platforms, not sure if that's still going ahead
About time they launched the new characters too - there are currently some GLARING absences - Fred, Len, Minnie, Swinley, to say nothing about well-established contemporaries like Eileen & Fizz.
they do have fred, I have him
Weird, Fred isn't available on my version of the game. I thought he was a surprising omission!
Wonder how I can get him?
used the surprise charachter feature to get him, cheaper than buying the characters outright too, got him and a few others that way. Have 46 of the 87 so far
Is there a way of moving buildings after you put them on street if they are not where you intended them to go?
