Steve Huison's fundraising efforts
Eddie Windass might be a waste of space but Steve Huison who plays him most certainly is not. This talented actor is involved with a charity called the Soteria Network which helps to provide "the development of drug-free and minimum medication therapeutic environments for people experiencing 'psychosis' or extreme states". They have a fundraising campaign coming up that involves a bedpush from Leeds to Bradford on July 3 and they're also having ongoing auctions on eBay. Steve is going to participate in the bedpush (rather than Eddie just having a lie-in in one!) and has already provided some items for auction (a signed script and a Full Monty thong). I think there will probably be more but at the moment there isn't anything new on the site. Thanks to Twitter feed @SteveHuison for the heads up!
