So, it's the end of another Coronation Street week and let's treat ourselves to another fantastic photo!
This time, we've opted for this relatively recent snap of Jed Stone in the Rovers with Emily Bishop. Kenneth Cope returned to the role of Jed in 2008 after an absence of an incredible 42 years (easily smashing the record previously held by Neville Buswell, as Ray Langton, who returned after 27 years away). As it turned out, Jed played a pivotal role in the storyline following the murder of Liam Connor, leading ultimately to the break up of Tony and Carla Gordon's marriage.
Wither Jed Stone? Is he now destined to see out his days in Wigan, or is there a chance we'll one day see him back on the cobbles again? Let's hope so! [Sky Clearbrook]
