Stephen Benett started work on the Coronation Street writing team in 1999. He's both a telly writer and a producer. As well as Coronation Street, he's written episodes of Emmerdale, Where the Heart is, The Royal and Born and Bred. As a producer, he produced Days that Shook the World, in 2003.
Stephen Bennett also wrote the Corrie book, Weatherfield Yesterday: The Cartwright murders.
