The next barmaid to start work at the Rovers Return in Coronation Street will be Bollywood actress Sophiya Haque. She's already started filming her scenes as Poppy.Rovers manager Liz McDonald is going to find herself at odds with barmaid Michelle Connor when she appoints newcomer Poppy over her to be assistant manager of the pub. Sounds fun to me.
