Interesting storyline with Fiz and Tyrone. Fiz will have to face her own preferences and prejudice (and racism?) with the girls when she realizes her beloved Hope is the budding sociopath and Ruby is innocent. Who takes 1 child and moves out of the house? Suddenly she's no longer Ruby's mother? The relationship with the child left behind will never be the same.
You never get the sense, the way she is written, that Fiz has or will ever fully accept Ruby as her own daughter. There is no unconditional love. Unlike in comparison, Ken and Tracy or Leanne and Simon, for better or worse. ;-)
Shells,I agree wholeheartedly with your post and would like to add that Tyrone has accepted Hope as his daughter.
During the time when Hope had cancer,Tyrone was the devoted, supportive father and Fiz seems to have forgotten this.
I bet if Hope starts bullying Joseph the same way she did with Ruby,Fiz will have to face a few dark truths about her daughter.
What have the writers have done to Eileen?
She's given a few home truth about her husband's crimes by Tim and she still stands by him? Pathetic!
It's a shame if Phelan was able to get rid of Andy's and Vinny's bodies in cement, now it seems the truth will never come out!
