The Sun reports that probate reports showed yesterday that Betty's total estate was worth £987,900 — cut to £938,198 after liabilities were paid. Her home as well as her car and most of her personal possessions were left to friends Charles Orr and Brian Lynch from Bowdon, Altrincham.
Corrie Producer Phil Collinson has already promised a "brilliant. magnificent", send off for Betty's character Betty Williams on our favourite soap. It'll be a very sad storyline to watch and I'm guessing it'll be screened sometime in the spring.
