Cometh the hour, cometh the woman! It would appear that enough is enough for our Fiz next week when she finally gets to grips with the inmates of Cell Block Weatherfield. The new improved Fiz appears just at the right time, as this particular blogger was getting a little weary of her weepy persona. Will Mrs Stape claim the Top Dog crown. Is she about to become the Bea Smith (as seen in around 40,000 episodes of 'Prisoner') of the new Millenium?
A round of applause, ladies and gentlemen, for the ever-impressive Jennie McAlpine who seems to have been at the forefront of many storylines in the past twelve months. Gawd bless yer (oops, sorry, wrong soap . . .) Well done duck.
Of course, Fiz should be back on the outside by the end of the year but should she retain a steely countenance or is it back to weeping over her showing machine?

Fiz in prison is becoming a real contender for the worst story this year against some very stiff competition. Whining please stop persecuting me is not going to have an effect on criminals. It's just ridiculous.
All the tired cliches are here. Unsympathetic staff, a naive prisoner and authorities unable to protect the inmates. Words fail me. It's a pity the same did not befall the writers who penned such complete and utter rubbish.
As for the three stooges in Kirk's van, was this meant to be funny? It wasn't. It was some of the worst writing ever seen in Corrie and as entertaining as a Colonel Gaddafi radio show. Awful, awful plot, dialogue and acting.
Poor Jennie McAlpine, she'll never live down that horrible delivery agony photo...
It's an excellent photo. And probably reflects the expression on the faces of many viewers watching the exceptionally silly let's photo the drug dealer plot.
Nahhh i like Fiz and i don't find this storyline that bad. I hope she does toughen up and finds her inner Cilla and i hope that carries her through to when John comes back and she gives him hell for putting her through all this.
Yea, I have to agree with Tvor on this. Inner Cilla! Love it. And Tyrone's plans to help her is verging on Three Stooges comedy gold. :)
Tyrone's plan to help is not comedy gold. Its painful.
Adam Rekitt's comment was comedy gold. Tyrone? No.
