Craig Charles, who plays Lloyd Mullaney, also DJs on BBC Radio 6 each Saturday evening from 6pm to 9pm spinning soulful sounds on his absolutely fantastic Funk & Soul Show. I can't recommend it highly enough, it's never missed in our house.
Anyway, at the end of his show on Saturday 4 July, Craig played a laid-back, soulful version of the Coronation Street theme tune that I'd never heard before and felt it worth blogging. Its by The Funky Muchachos and it's simply called Coronation Street Theme. Listen to the tune here on the Funky Muchachos MySpace site.
