Little Josh Peacock is set to become a football star on Coronation Street, kicking around the cobbles. The Star says that both Manchester City and United will want to sign him up when his talent on the pitch becomes evident. Apparantly, dad Ashley will have his head turned by the cash that could be on offer if Josh is taken on by one of the big clubs.
It's about time little Josh, played by Benjamin Beresford, had a storyline of his own, he's great.

Yes, Josh is great. An under-used young actor. But what's happened to Matt Ramsden? So keen was he to have access to his son that we've not set eyes on him for nearly two years!
Good heavens. Do clubs sign up future stars that early? Sheesh. ITV is being pretty optimistic hoping they'll still be on the air in 10 or 15 years time when Josh grows up! Of course we're all hoping it will be but who knows?
Yup, if they spot talent even in little kids they'll "buy" it.
