Curly not returning "at the moment" says ITV

Following tabloid rumours at the weekend that Curly Watts was returning to Coronation Street, actor Kevin Kennedy wrote on twitter that "nothing was definite or imminent".

And now ITV have issued a statement of sorts via twitter and facebook saying this:

"You may have read reports on the return of Curly Watts, but we can confirm that there are no plans to bring him back at the moment"

I'm loving those last three words - at the moment.  

Let's hope there will be a moment for Curly's return and it'll be sooner rather than later.
