If you've ever wondered what it's like to be an extra on Coronation Street, then wonder no more.
Canadian Coronation Street fan Christine Warren who runs the Coronation Street Fun Pages, has secured interviews with some of the extras on Corrie and has kindly given us permission here on the Coronation Street Blog to feature and link to each one when they are uploaded to her site.
This week it's Pete Reidy who works on Corrie as an extra.

Gosh i've seen this guy on the show in the background for years! Watched him go from a full head of black hair and beard to grey. His beard isn't as bushy as it used to be. He always reminded me of a backwoods fur trapper ;)))) So nice to "meet" the man behind the mustache so to speak .
he's probably the most recognised background artist because he really stands out in every scene he is in, its a bit like "where's wally?" when he pops up
