How can Carla accept Sally's offer to buy into Underworld unless she's selling Sally part of her share.
The only one who can sell Sally Frank's share is his mother or more likely the lawyers who are handling his estate as given her legal situation his mother is probably not in a position to have any business dealings with concern to Frank's estate.
