According to a recent tabloid spoiler Betty is set to poison someone with a hotpot sometime in the foreseeable! Shock Horror! I'm sure it will be accidental (maybe Amy drops a mucky crayon in it, or something), with some poor unsuspecting Rover's punter going down with a dose of ecoli, botulism or maybe just a mild bout of Montezuma's (or Betty's?) revenge.
But will it result in a visit from the Weatherfield Environmental Health inspectors? If so, I wonder if Deirdre has any contacts left at the Council, to help get her pal Liz off the hook. Probably not, given that Ken snookered her chances of getting her old job back, by brazenly phoning her ex-boss about Peter's wine bar and cheesing her right off.

You don't think Betty will end up in the next cell to Tracie, do you? Well it did say a well-loved character would be involved with Tracie in prison!!!
Great thought John - with any luck Betty would end up a "trusty" working in the kitchens, and she could take the opportunity to poison Tracie as well!!!
