The actress is Pattie Clare and eagle-eyed fans of Torchwood might have seen her before as she appeared in one episode. She appeared in Dracula as a nurse. Scary Brian was in Where The Heart Is. Pam was in Touch Of Frost. Simon was in the Ric Crispies Advert and I think Gail's Dad was in Touch Of Frost aswell.
