Next week in Coronation Street, Toyah and Peter meet the woman who has offered to become their surrogate to allow Toyah the child she’s so desperate for.
But when the surrogate, called Jacqui, comes calling at the Rovers, she’s appalled by what she sees. She arrives in the middle of a brewery launch party at the pub and the party soon descends into chaos when Jon from the brewery discovers Peter’s an alcoholic and Steve is the father of Leanne’s baby!
Surrogate Jacqui’s appalled and heads out. Toyah goes after her and begs her to give them a fair hearing, promising her that they would love their child more than anything. Will Jacqui reconsider?

Just waiting for Leanne to step in and offer to be the surrogate....
Why does it matter to the brewery who the father of Oliver is?,and so what if Peter's an alcoholic? What does any of that have to do with them. Canadian here, so don't get it.
