Cathy and Brian have to come clean to Roy in next week’s Coronation Street. The couple are caught at it in Yasmeen’s house by Zeedan and Yasmeen has a word with them both.
So they decide to do their canoodling in Roy’s flat when he’s on a night out. But Zeedan spots Roy on the street and decides to tell him about Cathy and Roy up in his flat.
Roy returns home to find that Brian has ‘a girlfriend’ stuck in the bathroom. Roy insists on helping but when he spots Cathy’s coat on the rack, the game is up.
As a sheepish Cathy emerges from the bathroom, how will Roy react?

I fail to understand why Brian and Cathy think Roy would be even remotely upset about their relationship. He obviously couldn't care less. And I was looking forward to Brian's return, but up to now he has only succeeded in getting on my wick.
I agree, it's obvious that since the wedding didn't go off and Cathy moved out, Roy hasn't lifted a finger to date her.He's done. Brian and Cathy are deluded if they think they're Romeo and Juliette with the world against them, no one cares.
Although Brian who's lodging at Roy's may be concerned about hurting his friend's feelings,I think as far as Cathy is concerned,she's hoping that Roy would be in jealous of their relationship and that she doesn't care about Brian but still loves Roy and wants him back so she and Alex can take over his home and the café again.
