The faces of Corrie in 2001

If you remember, last year I had a series of posts looking at the top 12 faces of each Corrie decade - the 1960sthe 1970sthe 1980sthe 1990s and the 2000s. For the next few weeks or so, I’ll be looking at the top 12 faces of each year between 1960 and 2013.

With thanks to Corriepedia for the information.

1. Janice Battersby (127 episodes)
2. Gail Platt (125 episodes)
3. Duggie Ferguson (123 episodes)

Love the picture of Roy! Looks like a police booking photo! Is this from when he and Hayley were arrested over that young boy, Wayne, I think, was his name?

Interesting! The average age has dropped by about 10 years in the last couple. I'm curious to see if that continues. It would confirm what several commenters have been suggesting, and would explain a lot of the dissatisfaction with current plots.
