It was the house that Michelle's millionaire bi-sexual boyfriend Sonny Dhillon lived in. Sonny was the one who had a fling with both Michelle and Sean and some of the action included outside shots of the house now used as Pat Phelan's.

That house was also used earlier this year on Great Night out by the same actor who played Pat Phelan! :-)
