Coronation Street's Kym Marsh has given birth to her third child. The actress, who plays Michelle Connor in the soap, went into labour seven weeks early at Manchester Royal Infirmary last night and a Corrie spokeswoman confirmed she had given birth to a baby girl on Wednesday evening.
Kym and fiancé Jamie Lomas, who stars in Hollyoaks, have named the baby girl, who was born weighing 4lb 1oz, Polly Lomas. A Corrie spokeswoman said: "Jamie and Kym are delighted to announce that they are the proud parents of a baby girl Polly Lomas. Mum and baby are doing well." Kym is already mum to Emily, 13, and David, 15. She suffered heartache in 2009 when her son Archie died after being born 18 weeks premature.
