Leo, however, seems intent on hanging around the Rovers draining the life out of landlady Jenny.
Not only that, but he's managed to guilt-trip her into moving to Canada with him later this month. Why, Leo? Why? Just go on your own and leave Jenny to run the pub on her own with glorious Glenda, delightful Daisy and gregarious Gemma.
As you can guess, I'm no fan of dull Leo when he's with vibrant and lively Jenny. She needs some time on her own to run the pub her own way before - and here you may disagree - taking up with Ronnie. Yes, Ronnie Bailey. She and him have chemistry by the bucket load and having them both behind the bar and running the pub could be excellent viewing. Much more exciting that wet lettuce Leo.
What do you think? Jenny and Leo as a couple - Yay or Nay?

Yup! I agree with every word. Ronnie and Debbie aren't right together either. Don't believe Jenny will go anyway..
Nay. Totally agree with you, Glenda.
Totally agree. Leo is a NAY.
Get rid of him! He's been a nonstarter from day one.
Leo is boring, boring, boring. Now Ronnie, on the other hand, positively zings!
I think Jenny & Leo should sort it out but that creep Steven should be kicked into touch .
Yay, keep them together..
Kill of Stephen
Anyone who'd leave England to move to Toronto isn't worth the time. Stay home and invite Ronnie over.
Jenny and Leo aren't believable at all. Has he only been brought back as a plot device in Stephen's storyline? Stephen and Leo together in a storyline couldn't be more boring. Jenny would be perfect as the merry widow nursing a broken heart, going from one affair to another. She needs a female sparring partner behind the bar. Daisy is a bit young, but it could be Glenda.
Jeanie (anon): Boring and implausible! She was much better with Johnny and of course Ronnie. Her "love" affair with Leo really ruined her whole relationship with Johnny who was supposed to be the love of her life. Remember, he's the guy who gave up his life for her, while Leo wouldn't even get close to the sinkhole, let alone go down inside? I agree with the "merry widow" idea--they should have let her grieve Johnny while going from lover to lover.
I'm not keen on Leo either, he is a bit dull, but I think they wanted to give Jenny an uncomplicated, nice younger man, to show an age gap romance.
But then they got stuck with Leo and it was too late to turn him into a baddie, so now they've made him fixated on Stephen's wicked ways.
I bet Jenny won't go to Canada.
Corrie blogger Scott suggested she take up with Leo's dad when Leo has gone, and that's a great idea.
I don't think it worked with Ronnie.
He and Debbie make a good 'power' couple.
