It all starts when Shona is alone in the Platt house and she can’t resist having a snoop round. When Gail and Sarah return home she’s forced to hide under the stairs.
Gail and Sarah discuss David and his plan to blow up Clayton’s prison van that resulted in Anna being burned last year.
Stunned by what she’s heard Shona reveals herself. Gail begs Shona not to repeat what she heard, insisting he never meant to hurt Anna, will Shona agree?
Afterwards, Gail and Shona have a heart to heart. On the street Gail approaches Shona, worried about what she knows. As Shona assures her she hasn’t been to the police, Shona stuns Gail with a secret of her own...
I wonder what it will be?

My guess is she's definitely Claytons mum. However, she's also slightly implicated in the Nathan / Bethany storyline. It could swing either way as Gail is obviously Bethany's grandmother. I think Shona is also Nathans ex-girlfriend and also knows Mel. They may well be involved when the truth dawns on Bethany about Nathan (Craig will also be implicit at some point). A few characters involved in this plot - a definite favourite of the current storylines.

I agree Ryan...when we met Shona she was hiding from her "ex" Nathan, so she'd have to know Mel. I think she was in the position that Bethany was in and will be the one to alert Bethany to the danger she is in. According to some pics on another site, Bethany does get hurt, bleeding from the head/hand. It is a great storyline and it's pertinent to society. How many young girls (if they're watching) might actually see themselves?
I think it more likely Shona was in a similar position to Mel than to Bethany, given the clear age gap between her and the latter. Nathan is in the business of procuring very young girls. As for Shona's being Clayton's mum - is she old enough? Maybe. But where does his brother Macca fit in?

I think it's ironic that Gail asked Shona to stay quiet while Sarah told Gary everything about the accident.
I would believe a storyline better if Shona is Clayton's sister/cousin. Don't forget Gemma recognized Shona and Shona had to admit they met at a party. It would be cool to have the 2 separate storylines merge with Shona also having been involved with Nathan's crew.
I don't think she should tell Anna as she was hiding in the platt house and Gail could say Shona's lying.
