In honour of Steve's upcoming wedding, let's look back on the life and times of Steven James McDonald, what makes him tick and what has contributed to making him the man he is today.
He's changed from a lad who got into one scrape after another to a man that seems to have turned his life around and is now a respected business owner, including being the owner of the venerated Rovers Return. The only area of his life where he still falls down a bit is with his romantic relationships but you can't have it all.
Read all about Steve here.

I started watching CS 20 years ago when the McDonalds first arrived. I know some people will disagree, but both Liz and Steve are two of my all time favourite characters.
Simon has done an excellent job developing his character and the show just wouldn't be the same without him. I'd love to see them bring back Vicky for a couple of episodes to see how he would handle that! :)
My poll is on Corrie Corner and has started. Leave comments if you wish!
