WIN! Jacqueline Chadwick's new crime novel

Jacqueline Chadwick (also known as Jacqueline Pirie) is best known to us Coronation Street fans as Linda Sykes, who married Mike Baldwin in Corrie. Jacqueline is now living in Canada, miles away from Weatherfield and has turned her hand to crime-writing.
She now has her first crime novel published and there's another two in the pipeline too. You can read our interview with Jacqueline here.
The first book is called In the Still and we have a fantastic competition here on the Coronation Street Blog for two lucky Corrie fans to each win a copy of the book.
All you have to do is visit the Authors page on the Fahrenheit Press website and answer the two following questions correctly.
1. Jacqueline Chadwick also starred in Emmerdale. Which character did she play?
2. In what year did Jacqueline Chadwick move to live in Canada?
Email your two answers to glenda.sunderland@gmail.com with BOOKS in the email subject line.
Deadline for entries is Saturday 29 July 2017 at 5pm.
Two winners will be drawn at random from all correct entries received.

Interesting she left and never looked back. And I can't believe she doesn't watch Corrie at all! And it's not just aired on Sunday mornings (that's the omnibus). It's on every weeknight at 7:30 on CBC, and has been for years. I loved her character, and the whole love triangle storyline. Glad to hear she loves Canada! Hope her new book is a great success :)
I'm surprised she doesn't watch it since she had such an impact on the show. I loved Linda Sykes! I too hope that her new book is a great success, but there's just one thing I can't help wondering: Why would she choose the name of Ali Dalglish for her main character named on the cover, when several novels by the great PD James are Adam Dalgliesh novels? The similarity is too close for comfort, IMHO.
