There's good news for Tyrone next week on Coronation Street when his missus returns. Yes, the Fiz-bomb is back on the cobbles.
However, she doesn't receive the warmest of welcomes. Inside Soap magazine reveal that Tyrone and Chesney get embroiled in a dodgy scam and Fiz turns up right in the middle of it.
Fiz has been away looking after her mum Cilla in Wolverhampton. In real life, the actress who plays Fiz (Jennie McAlpine) has been on maternity leave.
Anyway, the dodgy scam begins when Dev's glam friend Talisa compliments Luke on his t-shirt. Luke says his mate sells them and all the lads on the Street put orders in for the t-shirts. However, Luke's sister Steph points out that the t-shirts are fake but the lads have already handed over the cash and hatch a plan to get back at Luke's friend who sold them the fake goods. It's hardly Ocean's Eleven with Tyrone, Chesney, Kirk and Gary staging a heist, but it might just work and raise a few laughs.
And just when it's all kicking off, in walks Fiz wondering what on earth's going on.

Great news!!! Have missed our Fiz....Roy will also be very happy to see her again!! ....*Welcome Back Fiz-bomb*....
ReplyDeleteYes, I am also glad she is coming back. Tyrone has been out of the picture a great deal since she has been away. Hopefully now, some new story lines will come up that do not involve the Platts and Windass clans.
ReplyDeleteI think it sounds like a fun story line, kind of like the one they had with the "Curry Club"--would love to see more stuff like that.
