Have tea in the sky with Jennie McAlpine

Away from the cobbles, Jennie McAlpine, who plays Fiz Stape in Coronation Street, spends her spare time working on behalf of the mental health charity Mood Swings Network.  Tom McAlpine, Jennie's dad, is chairman of Mood Swings Network and has been awarded an OBE for his work.

Mood Swings are inviting guests to join them and share a strawberry tea at their 'afternoon tea in the sky'.  The event takes place on Sunday 7th July at 11.30am in The Hilton’s Manchester Cloud 23 bar which is in exclusive use by the charity for the event - and a great welcome awaits you.  It promises to be a great afternoon with a glass of fiz on arrival, a string quartet, Strawberry Tea and more.

And as well as a glass of fiz, you can also meet Fiz! (See what I did there?)  The special guest will be Jennie McAlpine and they are hoping that more of Jennie's Corrie cast mates will be at the do, too.

Cost per person is £40, please email info@moodswings.org.uk or call 0161 832 3736 for tickets.

Find out more at the Moodswings Network website at www.moodswings.org.uk.
