  1. Not looking forward to Phelan getting even more screen time. Boo!

  2. Are we ever going to find out if he definitely murdered Andy Carver and if so, where he hid the body, or have the writers lost interest in this, leaving it as a loose end which will never be resolved? I believe something similar happened with Jed Stone, when Emily mentioned that he had been admitted to hospital with a heart attack, but we never found out if he survived or not.

    1. Jed recovered and moved. It was covered. Carla later tracked him down to discover the truth about Tony Gordon.

  3. Can't say I am looking forward to Phelan having more screen time either. I hope that he is eventually made to pay for his various evil deeds, but this is far from certain. I fear that his character will simply be watered down to fit in with the new storyline and his evil past and all the hurt and distress he has caused conveniently forgotten.

  4. You could have said the same about Tony Gordon when his and Maria's relationship developed over many months - even after he killed her husband. Or Richard Hillman who was around for as long time after bumping off his wife and, later, Maxine. The point is to add more nuances to the character and an element of pathos to the storyline - thus making their eventual downfall that much more dramatic.

  5. Hmm,Let me guess,Michelle at first turns Will down, only to go running back to him when she finds out about Robert's past.
As for Robert, why doesn't he report his ex drug-dealer friend to the police?
I am not looking forward to either another drug related storyline [the third in a few months]or Michelle being Robert's new 'partner'in the Bistro.I would rather see Leanne as his partner.
