ITV Job Vacancy: PA / Drama Assistant, Coronation Street

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced PA to join us and manage multiple busy diaries across at least three key sites/locations and arrange internal and external meetings with particular responsibility for our Creative Director-Drama.

We will look to you to coordinate meetings with executives, on-screen talent, writers, independent producers, network, other broadcasters and be our key point of contact for all enquiries and diary engagements specific to our Creative Director and Coronation Street. You will also liaise with Coronation Street’s production and editorial team, as well as crew and cast. You will format scripts and pitch documents for sending to commissioners, deal with all in-coming Drama script post and log all scripts before distribution.

This is a demanding and dynamic administrative role that would suit someone with refined organisational skills. You must be a self-motivated, proactive individual who shows initiative in tackling administrative challenges and be able to work calmly under pressure whilst juggling priorities and ever changing deadlines

You will run the administrative side of the department, including overseeing and updating the development slate as instructed by our Creative Director-Drama and the development team. Also putting together key documents as required by Kieran Roberts, the development team and wider ITV studios teams and individuals, including leadership.

The successful person will have solid experience in all aspects of administrative and secretarial support with a strong interest in drama output and a desire to learn about the wider organisational function of ITV. You must have a professional and friendly communication style and the ability to deal with sensitive information confidentially and discreetly.

Experience of Googlemail and working within a television environment would be advantageous. If you have the skills and experience that we need then apply now!
