Frank and Carla's wedding - Yay Or Nay?

Last week, we asked you "Do You Like Kylie?" and the result was a resounding Yay! Reader Laura explained my feelings perfectly: "I say a big surprising YAY. When she first came on I could not believe how much I despised her, but in true Corrie fashion, she's been softened and I actually like her."

This week, we ask you about the intriguing partnership of Frank Foster and Carla Connor. Frank first came onto the scene last year with a bang, attempting to rape Maria Connor. Ultimately, Carla fell for the man's charms but, as we know, that isn't going to end well.
While Frank seems to genuinely love her, we can't say the same for Carla. Poor old Carla, settling for second best.

So is this a marriage made in heaven, or hell?  What do you think?  Will there be, should there be, a Frank and Carla marriage - Yay or Nay?

  1. Nay. Although it's interesting to see how Frank is gaining control over Carla in this storyline. But a marriage? No.

  2. What a pointless question. Nay. Of course Carla shouldn't marry Frank and she won't. Who on earth do you think is going to say she should?

  3. Doesn't Frank go after his share of the Faktry after Carla calls off the wedding?
That aside...I don't get any vibes from Frank other than boredom. His facial expressions don't change at all. I can't even tell when he's smiling...like his face is made of stone or summat. Even after the so called 'rap' attempt of Maria, he just wasn't believable as an evil villan (to me anyway). He's no Tony Gordon (awesome he was) that's for sure.

  4. We already know there won't be a wedding. And i don't really care for him as a villain. No personality, no chemistry. Tony Gordon was so much more dynamic in his evilness.

  5. I think it's a valid question even though we know it probably won't happen. As it *should* never happen then it's a NAY from me.

  6. NAY he is a total control freak. I cant believe someone as tough a cookie as Carla would have got herself in this position in the first place!

  7. Nay, no not ever, never... For God's sake give the woman a strong, loving, non-psychotic love interest!

  8. Carla doesn't do equal. It's all about competition. She's either top dog, or chasing the unattainable, or losing the fight with people like Frank. As she doesn't like losing, she's more likely to vanish than marry. What would be interesting would be to see where this competitive streak comes from? What do we know about her father?
