Liam Connor has been voted Coronation Street fans' sexiest man - past or present - in The Coronation Street Blog Oggies Awards 2010.Liam came first in the poll here on the Coronation Street blog with 21% of the vote.
In joint second place came Ciaran McCarthy and Jason Grimshaw with 14% of the vote each.
In third place came Tony Gordon with 11%.
In fourth place came Peter Barlow with 5%.
And of note in this category was that Spider Nugent (and yes, I did vote for him!) came in at fifth place with 2% of the vote.

Personally I wouldn't kick Peter Barlow out of bed. The rest I can take or leave.
ReplyDeleteIt's odd that it's recent men who get the vote. What about the likes of Mike Baldwin, Ray Langton and Billy Walker?
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't consider Mike sexy and definitely not Ray or Billy. Way back in his youth, Ken Barlow was considered quite a hottie by women that i know that are old enough to remember watching then. Des Barnes also had his fans. Jim McDonald, too.
ReplyDeleteFrom what I've read, Tony Gordon was considered very attractive by some; Liam never did it for me at all.
ReplyDeleteI think Adam Rickett and his "dad" Brian Tisley were 'supposed' to be 'heart-throbs'in their time, but I would have to go with Peter Barlow. Luke Strong was nice too though...
The problem with past or presnt is that they are not attractive anymore. I was watching 1970's boxset and Bet Lynch was like :O gorgeous but when I look at her now its like fancying your granny lol.
