THEO REFUSES TO LET TODD SLIP THROUGH HIS FINGERS George tentatively suggests to Todd that Theo isn’t good for him. Todd takes offence. Over lunch, Theo assures George and Christina that he’s a changed man and Todd’s happiness is his priority. George smiles but when Theo heads out, he drops the façade and explains to Christina they need to keep him on side. As Theo attempts to rekindle his relationship with Todd, he confides his plan in Gary.
MAL THROWS A SURPRISING VICTIM UNDER THE BUS Mal calls at the station and tells Lisa that he’s had a memory flashback and knows who attacked him. Kit receives a message from Lisa summoning him to the station and informing him that Mal has remembered who attacked him. Kit and Bernie share looks of panic.
WILL TRIES TO PULL THE WOOL OVER BEN’S EYES Ben persuades a reluctant Will to attend a counselling session in the hope that he might open up about his relationship with Megan. When Kit reveals that forensics on Will’s and Megan’s phones suggest nothing illegal, Ben and Eva despair.
ELSEWHERE Betsy and Dylan offer to babysit while Carla and Lisa go to work. With Connie asleep, Betsy and Dylan snuggle up on the sofa. Daniel urges Sam to tell the police everything he knows as Megan deserves to be punished. Hope warns Sam that Daniel and Megan are probably in cahoots and it’s best not to tell him anything. Sam’s left more worried than ever.
