MEMORIES OF JIM RETURN TO THE STREET When Ben explains he’s going to Jim’s funeral to lend Steve some moral support, Maggie’s disparaging. Steve’s nervous as he sets off with neither Liz nor Andy attending as they washed their hands of Jim a long time ago. The funeral over, the mourners gather in the Rovers. As Declan and Davey (two of Jim’s army mates) regale Steve with tales of Jim’s past, a sour-faced Maggie reminds Ben that he’s got a hospital appointment in the morning and suggests it’s time they were making tracks.
THEO HAS GEORGE IN HIS LINE OF FIRE Theo overhears Summer telling George how James stayed the night on the sofa. In Speed Daal Theo clocks Adam with a client, when Gary reveals it’s Annie, the woman accusing George of fraud, Theo sidles over.
JODIE’S PLAN WORKS A TREAT As David and Jodie giggle about their poo bag escapade, Lily tells them they won’t be laughing when they see the Weatherfield Community page. A worried Jodie tells David that if her ex boyfriend sees the video, he’ll be able to track her down. David promises to have a word with Adam.
ELSEWHERE Leanne, Nick and Toyah discuss Sam’s work regime and agree that he’s pushing himself too hard. When Megan cancels her date with Daniel, Leanne’s interest is piqued.
