Sounds like a huge mess. Corrie is turning into Eastenders. Misery, violence. Nobody has any moral fibre, and there's certainly no humour. Please stop this now.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely agree.....it's the police station and the hospital and the fact that more scenes are shot at the bistro than the rovers...can't remember last time someone bought some wrapping paper at the newsagents. I've also notice that we have got a very young cast now who are eating up all of the scenes...Joel and Lauren were a great example of people we don't know and don't care about. What about Tim and Sally, Kevin and Debbie (bring brother Karl into the show)and Abby....more Steve and the Barlows. I like the old kitchen drama, it was ..ordinary...stuff most people could identify with....Coronation Street has turned into one of those no go zones...you're libel to be murdered, robbed, ran over by a car or end up with some disease of the week...Sigh. Sorry for the rant, just happy that i'm not the only one who says...STOP
