  1. I was hoping that Joel was just a normal decent person, disappointed to find he has some secret as do most new arrivals on the street.

    1. Same here. Why do they all have to have skeletons in the closet? I didn't think he'd be Lauren's boyfriend though, as some had suggested

  2. I'm with anonymous above. Can't we get new characters that don't have some deep dark nefarious secret?

  3. Rewriting history with Lauren. I suspect her rich boyfriend was actually a "client". And what about the phone calls demanding money? Which made her blackmail Ryan? Who was it?

  4. I agree with all the above comments about Joel. Why can't there be a simple romantic storyline?
I wonder why on earth would Sean allow Dylan to have a birthday party after finding out he was part of Mason's gang bullying Liam?!
I hope there Sean apologises to Maria and Gary for not believing them that Liam was the victim of bullying not his Dylan.

  5. It was me who suggested Joel was Lauren's secret boyfriend but I was mistaken.
It must be someone we know... I've heard that Ryan's returning but he wouldn't flash the cash as her mystery fella has been doing.
Maybe it's stu, as he has a next egg to spend but I think he's too wrapped up in the Eliza situation- and I don't think Lauren would look twice at him!
It'll be good to see violet again. I just hope that she takes Dylan off back to London with her.

  6. I am also disappointed that Joel may have a secret life. Why can't the writers just have a happy couple for a change?
I also wonder why on earth after finding out Dylan was Mason's cohort in bullying Liam that Sean would even consider having a birthday party for his son instead of punishing him?
Dylan better not be seen as the 'victim' now as both he and Sean owe Liam an apology.

  7. Dylan did what most friends of bullies do...bully to avoid being bullied. Doesn't make it any better, but it is cowardly. Sean is an idiot parent..needs to calm down and do the right thing and apologise. Dylan has to turn in Mason.
Tracey and Tommy hunh? The silliness concerning Tommy was a little much but he is handsome...isn't he the real life brother of the character who plays Rob Donovan?
I am starting to like the relationship between Bobby and Lauren..just hate the mysteries.

  8. Who is the candy man, the sugar daddy for Lauren. Her clothing, nails etc suggest she is making money someway and I am guessing that it's her dad in prison pimping her out (besides the videos)
