JENNY AND CHRISTINE BUTT HEADS OVER DAISY Daniel tells a disappointed Daisy that he can’t make the wedding fair. Daisy confides in Glenda that Justin is proving to be a pest and she advises Daisy to tell Daniel. Glenda tells Christina and Jenny that Daisy’s being bombarded with messages from Justin. At the wedding fair, Daisy posts a selfie, unaware that there’s a poster in the background. Meanwhile, Gemma and Chesney peruse the wedding stalls. Whilst Daisy tries on a wedding dress, the owner of the stall tells her that her fiancĂ© has arrived. Justin reveals how he saw her selfie online. Daisy’s completely freaked out to realise that Justin thinks they’re engaged and threatens to call the police. In the Rovers, Daisy describes her ordeal to Daniel when Glenda emerges with a funeral arrangement of flowers for her. Daisy assumes they are from Justin. Gemma and Chesney tell Jenny they’d like to book their wedding reception on 8th May. When Jenny reveals that Daniel and Daisy are getting married that day too, Gemma points out to Chesney that it will save them money with so few guests. Daisy and Daniel head home and come face to face with Justin. Justin jumps in his delivery van and roars off.
HOPE’S CAUGHT WEASEL HANDED Tyrone catches Hope sneaking out of the backyard carrying David’s stuffed weasel, is the game up for Hope? Meanwhile, Beth confronts Hope. Hope returns home in tears and reveals that Beth slapped her in the face. Fiz and Tyrone confront Beth over Hope’s allegation. Beth denies she did anything of the sort.
NICK SENSES DAMON IS HIDING SOMETHING Nick arrives home and is annoyed to find Damon discussing new business ideas for the bistro with Leanne. With the bistro fully booked, Leanne calls Damon as they could do with an extra pair of hands. As Damon heads behind the bar, Nick watches him with growing unease. In the bistro, Damon flirts with Dee-Dee. Dee-Dee’s flattered and Nick scowls at Damon.
ELSEWHERE David confides in Maria that Max is refusing to take his calls. In the cafĂ©, Alya assures David that he’s not to blame for Max’s actions. Alone at No.8, David knocks back whisky in a bid to blot out his worries about Max. David tells Maria that Max pleaded guilty and is now awaiting sentencing.

Hope said Beth slapped her face. Her parents didn't bother to look for red marks on her cheek. Even if the slap hadn't made an imprint, isn't it the first thing a parent would say: 'Come here, let me have a look.' Come to that, Beth didn't enquire about the marks either.
