Ahead of the verdict, I have a list of questions I'd like to put to the jury. Maybe Kelly's mother was frightened of her violence. Imran's response to Sabeen's comments should have been 'So what? Doesn't actually prove anything.' Surely the jury wouldn't believe that Kelly, on her own, could attack both Seb and Nina. They would have thumped her and run off. Corey says he froze but Imran should have drawn a parallel with a football tackle.
ReplyDeleteIs the counsel for the prosecution just allowing the two defence barristers to thrash it out between them and doesn't mind which defendant gets sent down? Isn't it possible that *both* defendants kicked Seb to near-death? Is the message in this storyline that Kelly is the real victim here? You'd think so because Imran has a big gob and the QC hardly says a word.
The secret windfall. I bet that was Sabeen's way of levelling out the uneven resources.
Kelly didn't attack both Seb and Nina. Eli and that other lad admitted and have been convicted of the attack on her
DeleteGary left the secret windfall against Maria’s wishes for their ‘savings’
