Katie McGlynn wins best Serial Drama Performance at National Television Awards


Katie McGlynn, who played Sinead Tinker in Coronation Street, has won the award for Best Serial Drama Performance in the National Television Awards.

The National Television Awards 2020 was presented by David Walliams from the 02 arena in London.  The show was broadcast live by ITV and this year the National Television Awards celebrated its 25th anniversary year.

  1. And well done and well deserved too. She recieved it gracefully and beautifully. Hope she now goes on to do well in her carreer too. I am amazed that Corrie didn't win more awards too.

  3. Very well deserved and I can't say I'm surprised to hear this.
    I never really paid attention to Sinead until the cancer storyline. She was brilliant.
    I agree with Anon above that Rob Mallard was just as good - they seemed to bring out the best in each other.
