On this festive edition of the podcast, we chat about the episodes of Corrie shown in the UK over Christmas week, between the 23rd and the 27th December.
As long time Corrie watchers, we're no strangers to a good dollop of calamity on the cobbles as December 25th rolls around, but this year saw things taken to another level, with not only two characters meeting their maker, but also Shona being left in a pretty precarious position after being hit by a stray bullet during Derek's siege. Meanwhile, it's all change at the Bistro as Michelle gives us the Christmas present we've been asking for for years by swanning off to pastures new, and Alina Pop pops back onto the street to see Seb - but who will he choose between her and Emma?
In an attempt to give ourselves some kind of a Christmas break, we decided against having news and feedback sections this week, but we do manage to cobble together a character profile on Robert Preston to round off the show. We'll be back soon with the results of this year's Conversation Street Awards, so stay tuned!
