Richard Hillman returns to Corrie for Hallowe'en Tour

Coronation Street the Tour will make a spooktacular transformation as it prepares to welcome visitors this Hallowe’en.

On the evening of Saturday 26th October, visitors can take part in a one-off special, including Trick or Treat on the nation’s favourite Street and a walking tour of scary storylines from the programme’s rich history.

As darkness descends, the Street will receive a spooky makeover complete with pumpkins and eerie lighting, plus there’ll be face painting, trick or treating and other delights for the whole family.

Brian Capron, who played one of the Street’s most notorious killers Richard Hillman will be back, returning to the scene of his crimes to regale tales of his murderous rampage with visitors. After all he has plenty of stories to tell, from leaving Duggie for dead to killing Patricia with a shovel.

Brian Capron said: “I had some fantastic storylines during my time on Coronation Street. Richard was such a sinister and eerie character – I’ve certainly got some ghastly stories to share from his years of murderous crimes!”

Hallowe’en Tours will run for one night only from 6-9pm on Saturday 26th October. Tickets cost £25, children (aged 3 – 15 years old) £12.50 and under 3s go free.

All other tours at Coronation Street the Tour have limited availability for the remainder of 2019. Tickets for both standard and Hallowe’en Tours can be found at www.coronationstreettour.co.uk.

Want to relive all of Richard Hillman's evil deeds? There's a Coronation Street fan book which recaps Richard Hillman's story from start to gory end. Actor Brian Capron has written the foreword for the book too. Available as paperback or ebook.  It's all here.
