Patti Clare, who plays Mary Taylor in Coronation Street, was a guest on the Tim Arthur show on BBC Radio London recently.
Patti and Tim chatted about the week's news in review in a segment called That was the week that was. Patti covered all the big news stories including the fires in the Amazon rain forest, Brexit and Trump.
She gives a vote to her favourite person in the news this week too.
Well worth listening to. And it's refreshing to hear a Corrie cast member take on some serious work outside of the set instead of joining one of the usual round of celebrity shows on TV. Well, I enjoyed it anyway. Did you?
