Inside Soap Awards: Sam Aston, "Four babies on set will be chaotic!"

In this week's Inside Soap magazine there's a fantastic insert with pictures and interviews of some of the Corrie cast who are nominated in this year's awards.

Sam Aston, who plays Chesney Brown, is nominated in the Best Shock Twist award for Chesney and Gemma's quads storylines.

Sam chats about the challenges that having four babies on set might bring, about working with Dolly-Rose Campbell (who plays Gemma) and about newcomer Jane Hazelgrove (Bernie). He reveals how he felt on his first day working on the Corrie set and talks about current filming on location where Gemma goes into labour.

He says: "Jane is absolutely mega and also bonkers! She and Dolly-Rose are always impersonating Cilla Black in between takes - they can do her accent really well."

Vote here for Sam in the Inside Soap Awards.

If you'd like to read the interview in full, it's all in this week's Inside Soap magazine out in the shops now.
