The previews are in from ITV for next week’s Corrie and Roy gets a new assistant in the shop when Aggie starts work there.
This is good news for the Baileys who suffer a cash crisis next week. When Aggie’s card is refused in the corner shop she tackles Ed who assures her it’s nothing more than a cash flow problem, but it’s clear he’s worried. Ed admits to Michael he’s in a financial hole and £5k would sort it out.
Ed agrees to letting James lend him £5k but once the first £1k is transferred Michal finds Ed sat staring at a gambling site. Breaking down, Ed says it is time for him to tell Aggie that he was to blame for them losing everything, not Michael. With Roy run off his feet, Aggie offers up her services. Roy agrees to give her a trial.

Good! I hope we see more of her now. She is too good an actress to leave on the sidelines.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, loving the storyline involving Emma, she is another really good actress left too long on the sidelines.
please..please..please tell me she does not giver up her job at the pharmacy! There are precious few women on the show with professional careers as it is! we need more..not less!
ReplyDeleteThank God it’s Aggie starting work there. When Roy kept saying he needed more staff I thought the dreadful Bernie would get taken on.
