The previews are in from ITV for next week’s Corrie and Kirk leaves Weatherfield to go on a musical tour. Yes, it looks as if his singing career takes precedence over his knicker-packing job.
It all starts when Kirk plans to surprise Beth with a song he’s written especially for her and he performs it for her outside of the Rovers Return. Beth’s deeply touched by the gesture.
But then, Kirk leaves in a taxi for his musical tour and Beth bids him an emotional farewell.
Anyone know if he’s taking a break from the show, or if he’ll be back soon?
