  1. As I can't stand Moira and Mary has just become plain annoying I will have to fast forward through these scenes.

  2. I am furious that they are giving the increasingly annoying Gemma a pregnancy story line! What on earth are they thinking - how on earth would she begin to know how to look after a child, look how she was with Joseph. The last thing boring Chesney needs is another kid. I am so disappointed.

question - who owns the builders yard?
I thought Jason's father bought the builders yard for a birthday present for Jason.
When Jason left, Pat Phelan continued the business and Eileen managed the finances.
When Phelan died, Gary was made business manager, NOT OWNER!
How can Gary sign over the builders yard to Rick?
    Did I miss a transaction?

  4. No you didn't......the writers just have very poor memories.

  5. Jason owns the builders yard and ALL of its assets. While he is away, Eileen asked Pat and then Gary to run things and keep the business going - Gary cannot sign away the business nor its assets including the van.
The corrie writers are being very sloppy about this - if you remember they even had Gary refer to Eileen as the 'BOSS LADY' a couple of weeks back when he had just hired Jan.
If the writers cannot even remember what they wrote a few weeks ago how can we, as fans, trust that they can even begin to understand and respect Corrie history.
