Jennie McAlpine reads CBBC Bedtime Story

Jennie McAlpine, who plays Fiz in Coronation Street, has been reading a bedtime story for CBeebies. The story was called Dear Bunny and you can watch Jennie reading the story here.

Jennie has been doing a lot of work outside of Coronation Street recently. She's been on ITV's Lorraine doing cooking where she prepared a posh toast and you can watch that video here. Jennie has also been working this week as a DJ on BBC Radio Manchester.

I wonder if this means she's already gone on her maternity leave from Corrie? She is currently expecting her second child with her husband Chris Farr, who she runs Annie's restaurant in Manchester with. The couple already have a little boy called Albert.
