From Coronation Street to Stringfellows

Our blogger Stevie Dawson thought his eyes were deceiving him a few days ago.

He said on Twitter:

"I SWEAR I just saw Gail Platt’s long-dead husband Brian Tilsley off of Corrie directing freelance lap dancers into the back of a Stringfellows. Or I could be going mad."

Well, he's not going mad, I'm pleased to say. Actor Chris Quinten, who played Brian Tilsley in Coronation Street, is indeed alive and well and managing Stringfellows club in London.

And here's the proof on the Stringfellows website. However, the website does say that Brian was 'the mechanic.son of Gail Potter', oh dear.

Find out more about all of Gail's husbands here.
