Next week in Coronation Street it’s the big wedding week! But will it be a double wedding disaster for the Connors?
Eva is determined to go ahead with her final act of revenge against Aidan so the wind is taken out of her sails when a contrite Aidan seeks her out on the morning of the wedding to confess his affair with Maria.
Making the decision to still go ahead with the wedding Eva is oblivious to the fact that Maria has snuck into the venue and gatecrashes the ceremony denouncing it as ‘sham’! With Aidan having come clean already is Maria too late to call a halt to the proceedings or has she got more up her sleeve?
Meanwhile Johnny and Jenny are stuck at the hospital awaiting Rita’s test results and make it to the wedding venue with moments to spare - on the back of motorbikes! But how will Jenny feel getting married without Rita there? Johnny makes a last minute decision.
Will either of the Connor men tie the knot next week?
