With the Platt household still in shock over Bethany being groomed by Nathan, they further sink into despair when Neil the copper continues to call round to talk to Bethany.
Sarah’s convinced he’s helping her family but as we all know, he’s doing anything but.
Craig starts to feel uneasy about Neil and Bethany confirms his suspicions when she reveals all she knows about the bent copper. She swears Craig to silence at work, but Craig wants to help her.
In a desperate bid to gather evidence against Nathan, Sarah and Gary confront Mel at the tanning salon and beg her to tell the police all she knows. Hoping to find some of Nathan’s other victims, Sarah and Gary call at the drop-in centre where Yasmeen and Rana are working as volunteers.
As a despondent Sarah and Gary make to leave, they’re distracted by two girls arguing. Sarah’s taken aback to see that one of the girls is Shona.
