Antony Cotton supports SSAFA's Big Brew Up

Antony Cotton, who plays Sean Tully in Coronation Street, is once again supporting the SSAFA's Big Brew Up event.

The SSAFA is the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association. And the Big Brew Up is an event to encourage people to have a cup of tea and a slice of cake with friends, shake a tin and donate some money to the charity.

Speaking to Inside Soap magazine this week, Antony also talked about his current storyline where Sean is living with Norris. He said: "I miss being in the Grimshaw house because that's been my home for the past 14 years and I love the dynamic there. But we certainly haven't seen enough of Sean and Norris together in their house. What do they talk about over breakfast? We need to see more of that!"

I can only agree, and feel it's a missed opportunity that we haven't seen Norris and Sean's domestic arrangements.

  1. We ABSOLUTELY need to see more of the everyday goings on, with Sean and Norris. I cannot believe the writers have missed out on this golden opportunity to give us some lighter scenes amongst all the tense drama.

  2. I hope the show does give us a peek into Sean and Norris' day to day life. It's bound to be a change of pace from the tragic events the rest are going through.
